VERION at SIEXPO 2024: Innovating with Precision Agriculture Solutions for Oil Palm
VERION was honoured to participate in SIEXPO 2024, one of the most important events in the palm oil industry in Sumatra, Indonesia. Held from 8 to 10 August at the Pekanbaru Convention and Exhibition, Riau, this event has rapidly gained relevance since its inception, positioning itself as a key platform for showcasing technological innovations and strengthening partnerships in the sector.
Sawit Indonesia magazine , has been an essential meeting point for companies, farmers and other key players in the palm oil industry. Despite its recent establishment, SIEXPO has proven to be a highly influential exhibition, attracting thousands of visitors and exhibitors from various parts of the world. The 2024 edition focused on the theme “Partnerships and Strategies for Strengthening the Productivity of the Palm Oil Industry in Indonesia.”
VERION had a stand where it presented its innovative precision agriculture solutions, specifically designed to optimize productivity in oil palm plantations. Among the most notable products were the VMD1200 and VM 600 fertilizer spreaders , high-precision equipment that offers efficient solutions for the distribution of fertilizers, essential for improving crop yields.
Additionally, Guillermo Rothpflug, CEO of VERION , was one of the keynote speakers at the SIEXPO 2024 conference. During his presentation, Guillermo shared VERION’s vision and more than 35 years of experience in the agricultural industry, highlighting the company’s commitment to technological innovation and continuous improvement of the sector. His speech underlined how VERION’s solutions are transforming precision agriculture and supporting farmers on their path to a more sustainable future.
